Alabama Science Teachers Association

Alabama Science Teachers Association (ASTA) is a department of the Alabama Education Association and is a non-profit organization affiliated with the National Science Teachers Association (NSTA). The purpose of the ASTA shall be the advancement, stimulation, extension, improvement and coordination of science education at ALL levels of learning, and (2) encouraging the participation of Alabama youth in scientific endeavors.
